Start by boiling the water and then add the broth and let it simmer. You can choose whichever broth you like, we like organic broth without sugar.
Add the organic frozen green peas. While the water is warming up the sweet peas you can use a mortar to grind the little pepper corns finely and then sprinkle them into the pot.
Now it’s time to mix. Get your rod mixer ready and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If you don't have a rod mixer you can also use a blender by pouring the soup into the blender and mixing it on high. Pour in the coconut milk and mix again. When this is done you grate the horseradish over the pot until you get the right amount for your taste and add mortared green pepper and some salt to add more flavor.
For a final touch, squeeze in one lime and little bit of zest from the lime peel for citrus flavor. Serve the soup with a sliced lime and grated horseradish on top and TADA you have soup for 5 people!
A warm soup with a spicy touch. This pea soup is super healthy, super green, and super simple. Make some soup and invite your friends!
