Shipping & Delivery
When an order is placed and paid for, you will receive an order confirmation to your inbox. Your order will be sent to the address you have given when placing the order. Clothing orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days, ie. Monday through Friday after your order is placed and paid for. Illustrations and photography are printed on demand and will be processed and sent within 3 business days. Orders within Sweden are sent with Posten AB (Swedish Post). International orders are sent with UPS. Delivery times may vary and depend on destination.
Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 2 - 4 business days
Europe: 3 - 7 business days
EU/ European Union
If you choose the option of ‘Pick Up’ in your order you will receive an order confirmation. Another email will be sent to you 1-3 days after your order has been processed with directions for picking up your items at our office. Pick up times are Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm and we are located on Södermalm in Stockholm. Items are not available for pick up on holidays.
If you for any reason would like to exchange or return a purchased item you need to send an email to email@example.com with the subject stating ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ within 7 days from delivery in Europe or within 14 days in Sweden. For a full refund, excluding shipping costs, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all labels and tags attached. In case of an exchange, all shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or if there has been a mistake by our account. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment
