LACTOSE FREE BANANA CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
Save your brown bananas! Brown bananas have amazingly sweet and tasty contents. Save your brown bananas by putting them into a plastic bag in the freezer. Then, when the time is ripe, you can pull them out like a magic trick and make some delicious tasty treats. Bananas can replace ice cream in milkshakes and create a smooth and creamy texture.
4 frozen bananas
2 cups of almond milk
50g fair trade chocolate you like
2 tablespoons of chocolate nut spread
1 tablespoon of coconut rasps
Recipe makes two big glasses.
Place the peeled, frozen bananas into the blender. Cut the chocolate into coin sized chunks and add them to the blender. Add the almond milk, chocolate nut spread, and coconut rasps and then mix it on high. When the milkshake has reached a nice smooth consistency pour your tasty drink into two glasses and enjoy it with a friend.
This recipe is non-dairy and very tasty. You can also make this with Nutella (which is awesome) but then you have a small amount of lactose.
